The Independent Unionized Landscape Contractors Association (IULCA) is a non-profit organization, serving unionized landscape contractors affiliated to LIUNA, LOCAL 183. We are dedicated to developing Labour–Management partnerships and working towards the improvement and opportunity of our landscape contractors.
Who we are
The IULCA is composed of independent unionized landscaping contractors serving the Southern Ontario region and surrounding areas.
What we do
The role of the IULCA is labour relations, it is the negotiating body for landscape contractors affiliated with LUINA, LOCAL 183. The IULCA works to maintain proactive communications with our members, keeping landscape contractors informed of relevant industry information for continuous improvement of business methods, trade practices and innovation.
Who we serve
Our organization serves all agents working directly or indirectly on landscaping in a unionized environment and in particular our Contractor’s Members.
